With over 50 years of combined experience, our family has spent a lifetime in the restaurant business. From the dining rooms of the most elegant luxury cruise ships to the simplest and most down-to-earth family restaurants, the Lampros family has honed and practiced their profession around the globe.

Since opening our doors in January of 1999, Giorgio's has grown from a 12 seat deli to a 130 seat full-service restaurant with Banquet facilities and Catering. In addition, Giorgio's periodically hosts Special Events such as our very successful "Greek Night" Wine Dinner, Wine Tastings, and Fundraisers,New Years Eve Celebration, and numerous other events.


Giorgio's has become a favorite meeting place for Prince William County locals as well as friends from Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg. We pride ourselves on our personal service and a friendly family atmosphere. We are always trying to stay one step ahead of the big "corporate" restaurant chains that treat you like a herd of cattle. We maintain that you don't have to travel (and fight traffic) into the city, or Old Town to experience high quality, freshly prepared, gourmet meals. We make special efforts to keep our dishes consistent and our "Specials" just that....special.


Giorgio’s is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday from 11a.m. until 9:30 p.m. (10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday), and all of our items are available for Carryout. Give us a call to make reservations (703-580-8500) and we will have a table waiting for you or call in your order and we will do all we can to have your food complete and ready to go as fast as possible. Gift Certificates are also available and make a great gift.

Chef George Lampros (Far Right) learned his culinary skills on the Greek Transatlantic Ocean Liner "Olympia" from 1959-1963. He was 16 years old when he joined the kitchen crew and quickly made his way from the massive dishwashing station to Apprentice Chef. He has spent a lifetime cooking Greek and Italian Cuisine and has passed his knowledge on to his two sons Michael (Chef) and Arthur (General Manager).
